Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one regular author’s registration no later than the deadline March 6th, 2017. Each paper must be registered at REGULAR rate, whether the attending author is a Student or not. Should an author have more than one paper accepted, the payment of only one Regular registration fee is required for publication, the other authors related to those papers are encouraged to register and participate to the workshop. Papers with no registration will not be included in the workshop proceedings.
Each additional paper of an author registered with Regular Fee requires an additional payment (Additional Paper). A maximum of 3 additional papers is allowed.

The registration fees (Student Fee) includes:
- Admittance to the workshop

- Welcome party
- Lunches
The Student Fee only applies to:
- Students who are co-authors of a paper for which a Regular fee/ IAPR Member Regular fee has been paid
- Students (without a paper) who want just to attend the workshop
The accompanying person is admitted to the welcome party and to the gala dinner.
Refund and cancellation policy
The Fees cannot be refunded. Substitutions are always possible.
